Using Google Reader to browse DHD's gallery

A friend was asking for help on how to use Google Reader to browse a scrapbooking gallery. So I put together these pretty basic instructions on how to do it.

Unfortunately, I am working on my laptop which doesn't have all of my neat little programs that my desktop has. So, this isn't ideally the way I would want to present these instructions but it is the best I can do until my desktop is back from service.

Why I love using Google Reader to browse galleries:
  • as I view the thumbnails of pages, it marks them as read so that I can always know which ones I have not viewed yet
  • I can click on a thumbnail of a page I want to comment on or look at larger and my place is never lost
  • I set my google reader to pull main galleries so I don't need to worry about which sub-gallery I am in or someone places a layout in, I see them all
  • if there is a specific person I want to follow & not miss a page, I can go direct to their member gallery & subscribe to it separately so that all of their layouts are in one place & I know if they have posted anything new or not
Those are just a few reasons of why I love using Google Reader. If you use it, what are some of your reasons? If you are new to it & try it out, I would love to hear your thoughts on it.
